…and I’ve returned to my little blog. This means one of two things:
- I’ve got an extremely exciting life, and am too busy being as awesome as humanly possible to update and let all the ladies know how I’m doing.
- I’ve done so little that is noteworthy that I actually bore myself.
I’d try and say that the answer is “1″, but I’m scared that my wife may read this and start asking leading questions. Leading questions are the worst because they normally “lead” you into massive amounts of trouble.
Also, the most noteworthy things in my life are passing a CompTIA certification on the first try (yay, Network+!) and my acquisition of a Kindle, which has resparked an interest in reading more than message boards online.
As a new year’s resolution, I’ve decided to try and read one million words this year. Not that I’m going to count them and add the words up, it’s just the thought that counts. Kind of.
Since I’m well within the bounds of my webspace allotment, I’ll even make a list of the stuff I read. Most will be free stuff at first, I’ll bet… thanks to the Gutenberg Project and free ebooks. But it’s still stuff I’ve not gotten around to reading yet.
Until I brick the Kindle in a tragic jailbreak experiment, at least.
ONWARD!
